I am Dr. Denise Howard. An experienced OB/GYN, clinical researcher and physician leader. 

I grew up in the rural South and was fortunate enough to receive my education and training at some of
the best institutions in the country. I’ve practiced in academic, private, urban, rural, domestic and international settings. I’ve taken care of women from all walks of life and discovered all of my patients have the same needs: fact-based information to help make the right health choices. Trying to get this is often overwhelming and knowing who
to trust can be challenging.

I wrote “The Essence of You: Your Guide to Gynecologic Health” to provide this needed
